The staffs were so super friendly and helpful, making our stay jaw-droppingly incredible. The location was mind-blowingly good with a perfect view of the fireworks from the rooftop. The breakfast was simply tasty and the toilets were impeccably clean. The onsen was a bit scalding in summer but would be absolutely perfect in winter. The staff went above and beyond, like when they gave me yogurt when there were no more eggs. The veranda had an amazing view and was a great place to make new friends. The guesthouse was conveniently close to transport and right across from a fantastic food Mecca.

I chose this hotel for attending a business mixer and was not disappointed. The hotel provided excellent amenities such as a business center, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. The facilities and services were top-notch, making it convenient for both business travelers and tourists.
The only thing I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room or conference space. It would have been helpful to have a private area for meetings or presentations.

The room was so cozy and comfortable. We loved the air conditioning and the flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Atami.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the shared bathroom. But I understand that some guests might not mind it and still find enjoyment in the experience.

I stayed here for one night and it was great! The rooftop was the perfect spot to watch the firework display. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing information about places to eat. The lounge area had great views and free refreshments. The onsen was lovely, and the YouTube video they sent on how to find the place was really helpful. The location was convenient, with easy-to-follow instructions. The facilities were clean and modern, with comfortable bunk beds. And the view of the harbour from the rooftop was a bonus!
100% Recommend this hotel.

The staff was so cool and friendly, making us feel welcome from the start. The location was on fleek - right near the train station and a bunch of dope activities. We hit up Nishiatami Golf Course and Hakone Kowakien Yunessun, and man, we had a blast! Golfing and chilling in the hot springs was pure fire!
Yo, the only bummer was that the guest house didn't have a party zone. We were ready to turn up and have a wild time, but there wasn't a dedicated space for young party animals like us.
